Job description
LOC Software is looking to hire an Account Manager / Technical Solution Expert to assist Value Added Resellers (VAR) in selling and implementing LOC’s SMS/ThriVersA solutions. The objective is to help VAR’s and customers achieve success in using all the features and functions of SMS/ThriVersA.  The objective is to help customers and resellers achieve success in using all the features and functions of ThriVersA.

Your main Challenges

  • Develop software and services opportunities with the VAR’s and customers.  
  • Provide technical sales training and demos to the VAR sales team.
  • Present ThriVersA PPT / Organize full technical demos with VAR’s and customers
  • Actively participate in VAR, wholesaler, and retail conferences or events
  • Support VARs in creating new software and professional service opportunities.

What You Bring with You
  • BS/BA in computer science and at least 5 years of experience in supporting retail software solutions and VAR management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in POS implementation.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to travel in Latin America countries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical implementations with tight deadlines
