Your main Challenges:
  • Understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by researching, experimenting with, and mastering the technical subjects to be taught;
  • Lead engaging training sessions with strong pedagogical skills and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge.
  • Train adult learners from various technical backgrounds, both remotely and in person.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials, in both written and video formats.

What You Bring with you:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Point of Sales systems.
  • Ability to design training methods and develop soft skills for adults and/or technical staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the retail or grocery sector is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the retail sector, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, or convenience stores, is essential.
