About the Role
We're looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of marketing and sales enablement by producing compelling content, managing our digital presence, and helping our internal and external sales teams win. If you can look at a product through the eyes of a customer, thrive when juggling multiple projects, and love seeing your work directly impact the pipeline, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Participate in weekly marketing planning calls to review, create, and proof marketing collateral
- Create, edit, and review Success Stories, Datasheets, Solution Briefs, and other marketing content
- Promote & equip sales teams and external partners with the materials they need to succeed
Marketing Collateral Management
- Own and maintain internal company marketing assets
- Identify targeted end-user product marketing videos based on trends and industry needs
- Suggest, design and maintain impactful marketing assets
- Review collateral requests and deliver for both internal and VAR community needs
Lead Generation Management
- Actively identify new sales opportunities using internal business development tools
- Provide weekly buyer intent reports while collaborating with sales and marketing to align on strategy
- Ensure leads are properly reviewed, qualified, and routed within the CRM
Events: In person, webinars, release preparation
- Assist with logistics: prep, invites etc..
- Update Community Site
- Host live webinars and document all Q&A for follow-up
- Publish all Release Call collateral post-event
CRM & Website Management
- Maintain CRM documentation, calendar, and marketing/sales alignment
- Create landing pages for trade shows and campaign-specific needs
- Manage the production of landing pages, webpages
- Monitor site performance, plugins, and updates in coordination with IT
- Identify improvements proactively in SEO, GEO, AEO
- Maintain translated/localized versions of the website
Qualifications
- BA in Marketing or minimum 5 years experience
- B2B & Channel marketing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Some travel required
