Your main Challenges:

• Understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences
• Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by researching, experimenting with, and mastering the technical subjects to be taught
• Lead engaging training sessions with strong pedagogical skills and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge
• Train adult learners from various technical backgrounds, both remotely and in person
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials, in both written and video formats

What You Bring with you:

• +3 years of experience training integrators and end users on software solutions
• Expertise in training methods, and skill development for adult learners, including technical staff
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the retail industry is considered an asset
